Production

Saturday, November 23rd, my group and I started filming in the backyard of my group member Kasey Sabrin. Before I started with the filming, I played the song to the group and explained what part we were using and what scenes went with what parts of the song. After that, I directed most of the video. I showed and explained to the actors what to do, when to do it, and how. I connected my phone to the speaker so there was music to dance to, so we didn't have to have the same song playing repeatedly. My goal was to ensure everyone was having fun so the music video would look authentic and fun. After that, I made sure to get all the dancing scenes right. I looked over them on the camera, made some tweaks, and rerecorded some clips. Then, the dancing portion of the video was complete. It was also a little cold, so the party outfits had to be tweaked a little, but it turned out good in the end. The tweaks made it look like a real teen party and not just a fake set.
